Supporting daily IT infrastructure operations (network, firewall, server, cloud). Monitoring and maintaining network devices (Aruba Central) and firewall (Fortigate). Managing on-premise servers, AWS cloud resources, and Active Directory. Troubleshooting IT issues and handling helpdesk tickets. Managing IT assets, licenses, and vendor support coordination. Managing file sharing access and permission control. Ensuring IT security compliance based on internal policies (GITSP). Preparing documentation and assisting in IT projects.
