Conduct thorough reviews and objective assessments of requests to align with user needs and goals for each purchase. Oversee, assess, review, and carry out the procurement of goods that offer the best value in terms of price, quality, and service. Manage, assess, and carry out administrative and documentation processes to support the company’s procurement activities. Supervise, evaluate, analyze, and handle validated invoices from Accounting & Tax and vendors for payment preparation with a minimum 30-day term Conduct supplier evaluation for local procurement by creating ratings every semester.
