Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Provide technical support to employees for both hardware and software issues. Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems. Manage and maintain company networks, servers, and IT systems. Perform troubleshooting and repair of computers and network devices. Document IT systems, procedures, and solutions. Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance software and hardware.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role. Proficient in Windows, Linux, and networking systems. Familiar with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team. Preferably with work experience in manufacturing.
