Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies, including events, field promotions, and direct branding activities, focusing on enhancing the customer experience. Manage marketing activities across various locations, including in-store, exhibitions, roadshows, and special events to increase brand visibility. Coordinate with ATL teams and vendors to ensure BTL campaigns run smoothly and capture the target audience’s attention. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL campaigns, providing analytical reports to improve future strategies. Collaborate with sales and regional teams to ensure accurate delivery of promotional materials across multiple channels. Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with relevant third parties to expand brand reach.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years of experience in BTL Marketing, event marketing, or a related role (fresh graduate are encouraged to apply). Strong understanding of BTL concepts and direct marketing strategies. Project management, negotiation, and excellent communication skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel or work on-site as needed. Applicants residing in the specified city are preferred.
