Partner with hiring managers to fully understand their recruitment needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Source, screen and assess candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and internal referrals. Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to identify the best-fit candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews, checking references, and making job offers. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on recruitment activity and metrics. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment policies, processes, and tools. Collaborate with recruitment team on a 1–3 month project.
