Well understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations. People oriented person with good communication skill, and have positive vibes. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Proven experience in employee relations, people development and recruitment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
