IT Project Manager (Insurance)

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple web/mobile projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met. Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and QA to define requirements, design solutions, and manage releases. Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, estimation, resource allocation, development, testing, security reviews, and post-launch support. Track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide clear status updates to senior management. Guide project team members, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong collaboration across departments. Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Degree in Computer Science or related fields. Certified Scrum Master and/or PMP with 10+ years of IT project delivery experience, including 3+ years in Agile. Proven success managing large, customer-facing web/mobile solutions; multi-country experience a plus. Familiarity with APIs, microservices, container platforms, Java Spring Boot, React Native/Vue, mobile frameworks, analytics tools, and application monitoring. Strong understanding of IT security practices and audit frameworks. Proficient with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Kanban, and MS Project. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage compliance risks and adapt to fast-changing environments.
