
Design and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals. Manage IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, and data security). Oversee GDS & airline/ticketing systems to ensure smooth operations. Develop and optimize booking platforms, websites, mobile apps, and API integrations. Implement cybersecurity measures and manage system upgrades. Lead and mentor the IT team while coordinating with vendors and airline partners.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Head or IT Manager (travel, airlines, or e-commerce preferred). Demonstrates solid proficiency in GDS platforms and modern ticketing technologies. Experience with CRM, ERP, online reservation platforms & API integrations. Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, cybersecurity, cloud computing & data analytics. Excellent problem-solving, project management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and motivate IT teams.
