
Manage all Human Resources (HR) and General Affairs (GA) functions within the company. Plan, develop, and implement HR and GA policies aligned with business needs. Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee development processes. Handle employee administration including contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll. Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations. Manage industrial relations and resolve employee-related issues. Supervise office facilities management, equipment, security, and cleanliness. Manage HRGA budget and prepare regular reports for management. Foster effective communication and good working relationships across departments and employees. Initiate programs to improve work culture, employee health, and welfare. Lead the HRGA team and develop staff capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs management. Strong knowledge of HR laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development. Ability to manage general affairs operations including facilities management, vendor management, and office administration. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
