
An HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, including supervising the HR team and managing and coordinating activities related to recruitment, training, performance management, payroll systems, and the maintenance and updating of employee records. They are also tasked with preparing and analyzing HR reports, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and adhering to company regulations.
Requirements : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or Psychology. Experience : At least 5 years of HR experience with strong knowledge and skills. Knowledge & Skills : Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Knowledge of HR functions (benefits, recruitment, learning & development). Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically. Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Presentation. Professional demeanour and proactive approach to solving challenges. Manage the organization's general affairs, facilities and office administration. Supervise the execution of the performance management system.
