Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues. • Manage local area networks, including IP configuration, routers, switches, and remote access. • Administer Windows client/server environments and manage user permissions. • Maintain and troubleshoot Odoo ERP and HRIS systems. • Support system integration across multiple platforms. • Ensure data backup, recovery processes, and IT security protocols are in place. • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for system maintenance and improvement. • Promote awareness of IT security best practices among employees.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration. • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system preferred. • Familiar with workflow management tools (Jira, Asana, or Monday.com). • Proficient in Power BI • Knowledge of Workspace management, and system backup procedures. • Good understanding of networking (IP, DHCP, DNS, router/switch configuration). • Familiar with IT security tools (antivirus, firewall, patching). • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
