Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and streamline operations. Oversee timely processing and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Review and verify monthly shipping costs handled by third-party logistics providers. Monitor the movement of finished goods, marketing merchandise deliveries and product returns from customers. Generate reports on inventory levels, order status and track the delivery of finished goods.
