Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management; Master’s degree (MM/MBA or Industrial & Organizational Psychology) is preferred. Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or general management position, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or chemical/lubricant industries. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and government regulations including BPJS (social and health insurance). Proven experience in handling industrial relations matters such as bipartite/tripartite negotiations, collective labor agreements (CLA), mediation, and compliance. Well-versed in performance management, compensation & benefits, HR policies, and HRIS systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to act as a trusted business partner to top management. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing people-related matters.
