Research, compare and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing agreements to secure the best value for the organization Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods and services Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality, or invoicing Maintain accurate purchasing records, vendor information, and pricing data Collaborate with internal departments to plan procurement accordingly Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for cost reduction and process improvement Work closely with the Finance Department to arrange and process supplier payments, ensuring all payments are accurate and made on time
Min 3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Logistic Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management, or similar field with minimum GPA 3.20 Knowledge of purchasing processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management Experienced in handling export import Experienced in handling fragile stock shipments overseas and/or international forwarding services is a plus Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Google sheet Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
