Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and IT infrastructure. Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and complementary IT solutions across departments.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Min. D3 Information Systems / Informatics Engineering & Computer Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in networking, firewalls, NAT (Network Address Translation), and VPN (Virtual Private Network). Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtual machine concepts. Familiarity with CCTV hardware and email system infrastructure. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
