Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
