
Develop and execute sales strategies for NKA key accounts by analyzing account performance and potential to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers, acting as the main liaison between the company and clients. Conduct regular business reviews and account visits to monitor sales performance, in-store execution, and resolve issues. Plan and execute promotional programs, manage trading term negotiations, and handle product listing in line with company and principal agreements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve competitiveness and identify business opportunities. Prepare SKU-based sales plans, forecasts, and regular account performance reports to support business planning.
Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Communication Studies, Marketing, or other related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG company. Strong understanding of business trends related to clients and competitors. Knowledge of Category Management concepts and implementation. Proficient in sales forecasting and demand planning. Familiar with Ways of Working (WOW) with Modern Trade customers. Good understanding of contract and commercial agreement management.
