
Manage and be responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets within the assigned area. Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies in line with company policies. Manage relationships with distributors, key outlets, and sales channels (General Trade/Modern Trade). Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team (Supervisors, Salesman, Merchandisers, SPG) to achieve KPIs. Conduct market analysis, area mapping, and identify growth opportunities. Control stock, FEFO, and product availability at distributors and outlets. Implement and monitor promotional programs and marketing activities in the area. Prepare sales reports, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to direct superior.
Bachelor’s degree (Management, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG or Frozen Foods with a proven track record as Area Sales Manager. Strong understanding of FMCG distribution in both General Trade and Modern Trade. Experienced in managing promotional budgets and evaluating program ROI in the area. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong leadership: able to develop, motivate, and evaluate team performance. Target oriented, problem solver, and able to work under pressure.
