Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Conduct strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development. Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Leverage technology and automation to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Implement robust inventory management systems to maintain accurate records and optimize stock levels. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance against established goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operations, products, and procedures within the specific division. Oversee staff performance, training, and career development. Prepare regular warehouse operational reports and analyze data to improve efficiency. Communicate with vendors and third parties regarding warehouse and operational needs. Identify and resolve problems that may arise in warehouse operations. Provide recommendations to management to improve warehouse workflow and operational systems. Maintain efficient inbound and outbound logistics KPIs at the most optimal cost. Responsible for inventory (including stock quantity, accuracy, and safety stock).
