Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase retention. Providing product information, characteristics, new product development and advantages of industrial paper to customers. Set and achieve sales targets set by the company. Negotiating prices and sales terms with customers. Monitor paper industry trends and customer needs. Make visit reports, sales reports and update information to superiors. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth sales process, delivery to billing.
Bachelors degree from any major. Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales B2B corporate, preferably from carton box/packaging industry Experienced in managing B2B business Able to speak Mandarin in business settings. Good communication skills and results orientation. Strong negotiation skills. Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently. Having a good network and relationships in the related industry will be a plus. Have your own 4-wheeled vehicle and be willing to use it for daily operations at work. Willing to work in Semarang, Central Java.
