Project Implementation Collect and gather information required for execution of IT governance rules, security protocols, and infrastructure upgrades. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Comply with Information Asset Management Regulations and IT Security Rules. Develop and implement IT Security. Manage disaster recovery sites, data backup solutions, and fail-safe IT architectures. Daily Infrastructure Management Oversee the efficient operation of all IT systems, networks, and devices across the organization. Maintain asset management ledgers for IT devices, software, and services, ensuring up-to-date documentation. Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and security updates, including patching vulnerabilities and updating antivirus definitions. Manage user accounts and access permissions and ensure compliance with password policies and authentication methods. Supervise the handling of confidential and important information, ensuring proper storage, encryption, and disposal. Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks. Security and Compliance Conduct and follow up Information Security Assessment to evaluate information security measures. Enforce IT security rules, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of digital information. Respond to and resolve IT incidents, failures, and cybersecurity breaches. Manage communication control, network segmentation, and secure remote access solutions. Vendor and Stakeholder Management Evaluate and select IT vendors for systems and services based on compliance and security capabilities. Collaborate with department heads, and external stakeholders for smooth operations. Train employees on IT policies and security awareness, including phishing simulations and regular drills. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Maintain and regularly test disaster recovery plans to minimize business disruption during outages or cyber incidents. Ensure readiness of recovery sites, IT redundancies, and critical system backups.
