Familiar with Windows Server and Linux operating systems, with hands-on experience in database administration (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware). Skilled in using tools such as ping and Wireshark; capable of system optimization, security incident response, and rapidly pinpointing issues through logical analysis. Able to handle emergencies independently, and possesses strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills. Demonstrates excellent work, communication, and coordination abilities; can work effectively under pressure; shows a continuous-learning mindset and has good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
