Install & configure application and associated interface Responsible for managing onsite project timeline for the installation Conduct training of the applications to the users Be familiar with and adhere to the overall installation standards and procedure. Proactively work with the software principal to ensure service level requirement are exceeded. Participate in quality assurance of new product, new version release software when required, hence always fully equipped with product knowledge and updates at all times Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reporting via current communication method. Provide desktop support, including PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, operating systems, and common office applications. Deliver daily IT service support (IT Service Desk), respond to user requests, and ensure service quality and SLA compliance. Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, procurement support, and lifecycle management. Support information security activities such as system hardening, patch management, access control, and incident handling. Other IT related duties as assigned by management
