
· Conduct end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill all open positions (from entry-level to managerial positions). · Screen resume and assess candidates according qualifications. · Manage and maintain job portals such as Jobstreet, Glints and LinkedIn. · Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule interview with candidates. · Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees. · Input new employee date into HRIS. · Build employer branding and positive relationship with employees. · Support other HR tasks as needed. · Willing to be based and work in West Jakarta.
· Min. Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably Psycholofy or Human Resource Management). · At least 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment. · Familiar with psychological testing tools or having knowledge about assessment center. · Proficient in interview using BEI method. · Excellent interpersonal skills at all organizational levels. · Ability to negotiate and communicate assertively. · Proficient in Microsoft Office. · Soft skills : Detail oriented, Decision making skills. proactive and adaptable. · Can join immediately (less than 1 month).
