Providing first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT problems, including hardware failures, software glitches, and connectivity issues Performing routine maintenance and updates on client systems to ensure optimal performance Documenting all support activities and maintaining detailed records of incidents and resolutions Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements Providing training and guidance to users on the proper use of IT systems and applications
Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role, preferably in the IT or technology industry Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common software applications Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT support or computer science would be an advantage
