Business Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth within an assigned territory or market segment. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing day-to-day team performance, maintaining key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Associate Degree in any major - Have min. 2-4 years of experience as Area Sales Supervisor or 1-2 years as Area Sales Manager in a Consumer Goods Company - Have experience in handling beverages, food, personal care, and/or household products - Experienced in handling General Trade (Pareto, Grosir, etc) or Modern Trade channel - Have experience in managing a team - Experienced in Sulawesi Area, such as Makassar, Palu, and Polewali - Available in several area across Sulawesi, such as Makassar, Palu, and Polewali
