Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and on-boarding. Handle employee administration (data entry, contracts, attendance, leave management, etc.). Assist in coordinating employee engagement programs and training activities. Prepare and provide HR reports to monitor employee data. Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Psychology, or related field. Have 1–3 years of experience in HR generalist roles with exposure to full-cycle recruitment preferred. Detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with HRIS or recruitment software.
