Lead and supervise HR Staff to ensure all HR processes and programs are executed effectively. Develop and implement recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Manage employee data and ensure compliance with labor laws, BPJS, and other employee benefits. Drive people development initiatives, including training, performance management, and career growth programs. Oversee and optimize HRIS systems for data accuracy, reporting, and HR process efficiency. Serve as a point of contact for employee issues, including mediation, grievances, and engagement initiatives. Support management in workforce planning, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably with supervisory experience. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR administration, HRIS systems, and people development programs. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
