Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to support brand strategy in export country Develop and execute brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and brand activation (ATL & BTL) Manage new product launches and ongoing marketing activities Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness Manage communication with TV media, agencies, and external communication channels
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management within the FMCG (Food) industry Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices High proficiency in English is mandatory Willing to travel frequently Willing to work 6 days per week (Monday - Friday, Saturday half day)
