This is a full-time role for an Account Officer located in Medan, Indonesia. The Account Officer will be responsible for managing daily accounts, building relationship with debtors/potential debtors, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Fresh graduate/maximum 2 years experience in related position in financial services Bachelor's degree in any major Strong eagerness in building relationship Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Commitment to providing exceptional customer service Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Can make reporting in English
