Investigation of security incidents at testing centers in PSI's global testing network Manage all service requests for maintenance, repairs, and updates to PSI's video surveillance systems Assist the PSI test center audit program, which seeks to ensure all testing centers maintain the highest level of test security and compliance with PSI rules and regulations Provides reports regarding site auditing and security incidents daily Works and communicates effectively with all levels of management and maintains the confidentiality of all issues Provides for all paper and pencil exam requests by delivering exams securely as directed by clients
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
A bachelor's degree or related work experience may be considered 1+ years of experience in security operations in a corporate environment. Demonstrated experience managing Digital Video Recording systems from coordination of installation through ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting. Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addresses, router configurations) Highly proficient in all Microsoft applications - can learn and use new platforms Demonstrated high-level attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask across multiple platforms, departments, time zones, and cultures when necessary Ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance Experience using the Zendesk ticket management system Assist in the deployment, customization, and post-implementation troubleshooting of new systems
