Promote and sell residential and commercial properties (off-plan and ready units). Handle client inquiries, qualify leads, and conduct meetings and property viewings. Advise clients on property options, pricing, payment plans, and mortgage solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners. Generate leads through company CRM, networking, referrals, and online portals. Negotiate terms and successfully close sales transactions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM. Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and competitor activities.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai (off-plan experience is an advantage). Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Good understanding of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE Driving License and own car is a (plus). Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
