Develop and implement HRGA strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process Monitoring purchasing for office supplies and lead the technician team Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Design, implement, and monitor training programs for warehouse staff, focusing on skills development, compliance, and performance improvement Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Develops and implements compensation structures that align with company goals and ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Employee services and counseling
Bachelor degree / Master degree of Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management from reputable university At least 5-10 years of experience as HR Manager, having experience as HR Manager in shipping and forwarding company will be plus point Excellent in communication skills, leadership, analytical thinking Deep knowledge in industrial organization, general affairs, recruitment & development, payroll (compensation & benefit), etc Fluent in English (both written and spoken), able to speak Mandarin will be plus point Based in Jakarta or able to work in Juanda area (head office) Able to join as soon as possible
