Overseeing the implementation of HR policies, processes and systems across the plant/unit offices Providing strategic HR advisory services to regional business leaders, supporting them in managing their teams effectively Leading the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of regional employees Managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Overseeing general administrative functions such as office management, facilities and procurement Collaborating closely with the central HR team to drive consistency and best practices
