Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. - Minimum 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role. - Proven experience handling HR in outsourcing, construction, manufacturing, trading, food & beverage, and service industries. - Strong experience in both outsourcing recruitment (contract workers, project-based, daily workers) and headhunting for hard-to-fill or strategic positions. - Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations. - Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-industry environment. - Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, for coordination with stakeholders, candidates, or clients when required
