Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, leave administration, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, and business travel arrangements. Process payroll accurately and on time, including commissions, bonuses, and related reporting. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements. Administer employee benefits, insurance coverage, and claims. Handle employee inquiries, disciplinary cases, grievances, and support industrial relations matters. Support HR reporting, budgeting, and other ad-hoc HR activities.
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll. Hands-on experience in full-cycle payroll and HR administration. Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS/payroll systems. Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and coordination skills with a people-first mindset.
