Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners for dispatch and pickup, and manage any exception cases that arise. Complete and submit required documents accurately, including inbound/outbound slips, waybills, and handover forms. Follow company standards related to driving safety and device handling, including anti-drop protection, moisture control, and IMEI verification.
