
Together with holding side, implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Design and execute training and development programs. Lead HR projects to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Coordinate with HR Holding as HR business partner to supply data and information as feedback for policy development (policy, procedure, working instruction)
Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field. Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
