
Maintain and update employee status records (e.g., new hires, promotions, terminations). Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g., contracts, offer letters, mutation letters). Plan and manage recruitment activities and HR projects. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies. Oversee office management, including facility maintenance, utilities, and supplies. Manage company assets and inventory records. Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Support administrative needs of all departments as required
Bachelor's Degree of Psychology / HR Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
