
Support the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, including CV screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding, assisting with psychological testing and following up with candidates. Handle employee administration, disciplinary processes and internal regulations. Maintain and update HR records such as employment contracts, warning letters, evaluations, resignations and HR policies. Prepare regular HRD reports and documentation to support management Assist in organizing and executing internal HR programs Manage administrative processes for BPJS and legal documents Coordinate with another department regarding HR activities
Bachelor Degree, preferably from Psychology/HR Management At least 2-3 years experiences in HR related field Strong understanding of Systems and HR processes Familiar with psychological assessment tools Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet skills Efficient HR administration and people management skills Detail-oriented, well-organized and proactive Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
