
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to meet aggressive sales targets across our MTR and Airport Express advertising platforms Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting and on-boarding new advertisers Deliver exceptional account servicing and foster strong relationships with both local and international clients and media agencies to maximize revenue Present and promote our full suite of digital and data-driven advertising solutions to key decision-makers Collaborate with internal Marketing and Project teams to ensure smooth delivery of standard and bespoke campaigns Support ad hoc and special sales projects as required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related disciplines Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in media sales, account management, or business development Prior experience in the advertising industry is highly preferred Proven B2B sales experience in fast-paced environments Track record of building and managing a healthy sales pipeline through active prospecting Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to deliver clear, persuasive sales pitches to senior stakeholders Target-driven, resilient, and able to work under pressure Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and time management skills Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player Fluent in English and Cantonese (read and write) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
