Handling the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and exit processes Providing HR administrative support, including payroll, leave management, and maintaining employee records Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Coordinating employee training and development programs Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives Identifying and addressing HR-related concerns and providing practical solutions Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives
At least 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the technology or consulting industry Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
