
· Provide Helpdesk support and resolve problems to end user’s fulfillment · Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk hotline / email · Monitor Service Desk for queued assigned tickets assigned process first-in first-out based on priority · Assist in onboarding new users · Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software · Document internal procedures (as applicable) · Ensure that all workstations and its peripherals are properly working including specialized equipment, if an · Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software · Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses · Report unresolved issues to the Data Center Manager as part of escalation procedure · Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software · Implement configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for user workstation · Assist network admin in network related issues and activities · Assist security officer in security issues and deployments · Assign users and computers to proper groups in the network (as applicable) · Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
