Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower request, sourcing, screening, interviews, offering, and initial onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, qualifications, and recruitment timelines. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and recruitment agencies. Conduct CV screening, phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Manage psychometric tests, assessments, and medical check-ups for candidates. Prepare and issue offer letters and support initial negotiation with candidates. Ensure completeness and accuracy of recruitment documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports (e.g., time to hire, fulfillment rate). Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events such as job fairs and campus hiring. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, fairness principles, and integrity standards.
