
Oversee all HR functions in a 1,500-employee F&B company, including Compensation & Benefits and Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives. Build an effective compensation and benefit strategy, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining good industrial relations. Analyze and manage employee compensation and benefits. Supporting recruitment and selection system to attract top talent. Conduct performance evaluations and provide career development recommendations.
Master’s degree (S2) in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B industry. Strong knowledge compensation benefits. & industrial relation systems. Have knowledge of talent acquisition and performance review will be strong point. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in large-scale companies. Excellent integrity, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
