Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Food Industry Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and team management Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to engage with customers at all levels Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable sales plans Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a high-performing sales team Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
