Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, Psychology, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA role Must have hands-on experience handling work visas for expatriates (RPTKA, KITAS, IMTA) Strong understanding of Indonesian manpower regulations and PMA compliance Experience in HR operations: recruitment, employee administration, payroll, BPJS Handle General Affairs matters: office management, permits, assets, vendors Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently Good communication skills; able to coordinate with government institutions & consultants Experience in engineering / construction company Proficient in English / Mandarin (Mandarin is a strong plus)
