Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, costing, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis to support business strategy. Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, statutory reporting, and audit requirements. Lead and develop the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and accuracy. Maintain and optimize the use of SAP for accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities. Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and procedures across the organization. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
