
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Prepare and analyse financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts on a regular basis Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel) Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
