IT MANAGER
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Lead and coordinate the IT team in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust company information systems. Evaluate existing IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and topologies; propose and execute targeted improvements. Ensure seamless, stable operation of all IT infrastructure to support daily business activities without disruption. Develop detailed IT project plans and monitor execution to meet timelines, budgets, and performance targets. Advise the General Manager on adopting cutting-edge IT technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Male/Female Bachelor's degree (S1) minimum, preferably in Information Technology or related field. Minimum 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure development and management, covering hardware, networks, and software. Strong knowledge of modern application development, including web/mobile apps with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server). Proficiency in PowerBuilder and/or ColdFusion is a strong advantage. Strong awareness of and ability to apply the latest IT trends and best practices.
